Recovery does not occur in isolation. As women heal, they connect or reconnect with others and with communities and community agencies—establishing a sense of purpose and belonging. Integrating peers and evidence-based peer recovery tools provides footprints on the path to a life that can seem uncertain. Peers support, motivate, and model the power of recovery. This webinar looks at the importance of inclusion and relationship to a community in women’s health and well-being.

Our Welcome Home Kits which contain person essentials for women coming out of the Wisconsin women's prison system are being sent all over Wisconsin. Since January some of the places are: Green Bay, Phillips, Black River Falls and Oconto. In January 2017 we sent out our 200th kit.
