Welcome Home Kits are available to women re-entering their communities.They contain personal care items, socks, laundry bags and other items. Kits are available in counties in WI Department of Corrections regions 1,4,5,6,7,8. Kits are not available in Regions 2 & 3 (Milwaukee, Racine and Kenosha areas.) To fill out an application please go to the Services page. We also gladly accept donations for items.

This is a good project that was formulated by the government! We all know that women are not used to staying at their homes doing nothing. As much as possible, they desire to be productive. This Welcome Home Kits is a good program especially because it will help them too become even more productive. It’s just a bit sad that there are still regions wherein the project is not yet available. But I guess, at the right time! Every region in America will be supported. Leave a Reply. |
