Welcome Home Kits Hit 200 Mark...

Today The Demeter Foundation distributed its 200th Welcome Home Kit. These kits provide women with basic personal essentials when they come home from prison. Items such as soap, toothpaste, wash cloths, socks and feminine hygiene products are included. We receive feedback from women that tell us these boxes are so helpful. Women can apply to receive a kit within the first 30 days of release. We thank the Parole Officers who also fill out the applications for the women so the box can be shipped to their office. It costs $20 to fill and ship a kit. Won't you donate to make sure that a woman can receive one? Your generosity is greatly appreciated. You can give through PayPal or send us a check or money order. Please visit our "Contribute" page today. Thank you!
