WI Books to Prisoners has moved

11/28/2016

They are fortunate that A Room of One's Own was more than willing to sponsor their project, and have been able to relocate to the basement of the Social Justice Center.
The new location is in the Social Justice Center at 1202 Williamson Street., Madison, WI
You can volunteer on Wednesdays from 3-5 pm by reading letters from prisoners and packing boxes of books to ship. For more information contact: Camy Matthay at camy.matthy@thedemeterfoundation.com

Whatever their reason is on moving, I am happy that WI Books to Prisoners has finally found its new home. Some other people might not be in favor with the decision, but it's a good thing that they followed the plans they've set even then. They are now in basement of the Social Justice Center, and I believe that's a good choice in the first place! Hopefully, their projects are going to succeed because they really worked hard for it.
